Arresting after a regular cleaning?

In 2024 I had a dental cleaning and the hygienist found multiple places with pocketing in my gum that were between 3 and 6 mm. They put arestin in one pocket and nothing more was said. Sometime later, I inquired about getting Invisalign at my dentist office because my dentist offers it. The hygienist said I may not qualify because of gum disease, but my dentist said that I certainly qualified because my gum problems were due to severe overcrowding in the front lower middle region of my teeth. He said 2 teeth were getting pushed back away from the bone and gum, and also the crowding prevented proper cleaning. He said Invisalign would help. Fast-forward to today, I went for my first cleaning since those teeth have been almost completely straight. The Invisalign process has been quick and helped a lot. Because of Invisalign, I brush, floss, water, floss, and mouthwash all day long it seems. My gums no longer bled at the cleaning and they look much healthier too. However, after this regular cleaning, the hygienist noticed that one of the pockets is unchanged. She didn’t say what the measurement was, but I’m guessing somewhere between 4 and 6 mm. She suggested more arestin, so I said yes. I was given no aftercare instructions and so I’ve smoked, drank, swished, used a straw, ate, and everything as usual, but when I google searched if I should use my water floss or I saw that I really shouldn’t have eaten so soon after, and I was supposed to eat soft foods and I’m not supposed to floss or water floss or even brush that tooth for a certain amount of time. So now I’m not sure if the arestin is still in there. What should I do and expect at this point?
