Goodman furnace wont start

Hi everyone... having furnace troubles. I live in canada if that helps.
Furnace clicks and runs for a second before stopping and restarting endlessly. Running out of ideas.
I have cleaned the flame sensor (there is no flame anyway). It wasnt as dirty as last time (also had flame last time, seems to be a different issue)
Cleaned the igniting rod (it was crusty. Cleaned with sandpaper but nothing changed so i replaced it with a new one. Still no changes.
I have emptied the water trap (had a bit of gunk in it but nothing clog worthy.) I also poured some water down the open end of my drain hose, water went through so its not clogged. Tried to feel around the furnace hoses, they seem ok and not clogged.
Filter is not very old so i doubt its clogged. Furnace has same issue with the filter removed entirely.
Tried pushing the buttons on the 2 fuses wired into the top.
Light has no flashes, indicating "normal operation". Light shuts off when the furnace stops and restarts, then light comes back on with no flashes. Solid red light.
Ecobee Thermostat seems ok, furnace tries to start after the thermostat is calibrated. We also compared 2 different thermostats and the temperature seems to be accurate.
