Just finished exploring Nod-krai and realised... So your telling me EVERY nation has 1 extra Oculi which does ABSOLUTLY NOTHING. But the first time I try to keep a "scenic" Oculi, I cant? I will not fall for Hoyo's propaganda and take Columbina's Oculi. o7 to the Shrine Key and the 130 primos.
