Hi everyone,
I had SMILE laser surgery, and later a topography-guided PRK enhancement because of suspected decentration/irregularity. I still have strong ghosting / monocular double vision in one eye, especially with letters and high-contrast text. Glasses do not fully fix it, but slight squinting makes the vision much clearer. It happens both day and night.
I’m attaching my corneal tomography report. Could you please share your thoughts on whether the maps show any significant irregularity, decentration, or anything that could explain this level of ghosting?
