We're launching two YouTube channels covering business, AI, finance, and leadership — and we need a script writer to grow with us long term.
The channels are in Italian. You don't need to speak it, but you must be comfortable writing scripts that will be translated or adapted into Italian.

Key Responsibilities
- Write full scripts from briefs or raw ideas — hook, body, CTA
- Research business, AI, finance, and leadership topics accurately
- Structure content for strong retention and watch time
- Adapt tone and style to match each content format
- Collaborate closely with the team and revise based on feedback
Requirements
- Proven YouTube script writing experience — portfolio required, no exceptions
- Strong grasp of YouTube structure: hooks, pacing, retention
- Comfortable writing about technical business and AI topics
- Reliable, deadline-driven, and communicates clearly in English
- Links to published videos your scripts were used in are strongly preferred
Bonus Points
- STEM or business/finance background
- Experience writing for channels with 100K+ subscribers
- Familiarity with SEO and YouTube keyword research
