Whats the most optimal build for damage?

Forget the situational items like eon or serpents.

In terms of raw dmg and powerspikes,

Is the best build still to rush umbral into profane into ldr? Do these 3 item combinations, in general offer the best powerspikes?

Whenever i build voltaic anywhere in the build i feel like i just lack damage compared to the standard build.
