Issue with 7 month old puppy
I have currently a 7 month old mixbred (or mutt I think is the right word. They don't have a direct translation from Spanish, dogs whose breed is not visible)
She's adopted from the pound, returned from previous owners for behavior issue but back then she was only 4 months.
I've been with her 3 months now and trying to train her (I have an older dog currently with my sister ,that dog is 14 years old) so I'm not a new owner but I am with a medium size dog. She behaves overall well on the house, nibbles her toys only when I'm with her and sleeps good. But she misbehaves a lot with my mother and younger sibling, repeatedly trying to play rough with my younger sibling and biting my mother's shoes. I have managed to train her to not bite mine but I can't seem to make same with my mother. Plus she won't stop trying to eat her poo (only with my youbg sibling, if I manage to see it first, the puppy will follow and obey me normal and allow me to pick it up without issue)
The real trouble though comes with the walks, she's normal and relaxed till she sees other dogs, she won't pay attention and began to pull excessively or try to bolt to get to them (she's not aggressive ,she had actually played and met well with dogs but won't stop trying to play when she can't)
My mother is currently threatening to return her to the dog pound because of said issues and I don't know how to do to train her better , I'm trying with different treats and she will do well on house, can't train her out because she won't focus on me outside. I need advice in what to do in this situation
