I’m deciding whether I should go for level 2 or 3 survey.
The house is a standard 1950s–1970s property. The sellers bought it in 2023 and renovated it.
The roof and boiler were replaced recently.
They also removed asbestos that was under flooring, but I’d still have to do the flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.
The difference between Level 2 and Level 3 is about £200.
Would you go for Level 3 in this situation, or is Level 2 enough for this type/age of house?
Also, has anyone had a Level 3 survey that genuinely uncovered something important compared to Level 2?
