For interviews - if there are multiple questions to cover,

do you guys first gather all information and then address all questions OR gather info address issue 1, gather info address issue 2 etc

I have been told that we should offer a judge a summary of facts but in all sample answers by ULaw for civil advocacy, there’s no summary offered. Advocate simply states which application they’re making and what’s the basis of the claim.

Should we offer a summary in both criminal and civil advocacy? And does this at all differ based on the type of application?

I’m struggling with delivering the whole advocacy within 15min… not sure if I’m speaking too slowly or just talking to much crap.

If someone experiences technical issues during one of the assessments (e.g. shutting down of assessments, freezing of the screen etc), does this qualify for mitigating cirumstances if not prolonged?
