hi there, wondering is anyone knows of an affordable practice space for rent. I usually am quiet enough that i get by in my bedroom, but i’ve been living next to ongoing construction that is extremely loud starting at 7am every morning and I’ve been unable to really use my room for anything requiring my brain during the day :/ just looking to rent a space for writing/making demos in the mornings till this construction lets up. DM me! I’ve got lots of experience with shared music spaces, keeping things tidy and scheduled, and I fancy myself a respectful and responsive person.
