Tadpole identification
Hello! I was just hoping someone could help me out with frog/toad tadpole ID! I live in Largo Florida. These little guys appeared in a bucket I had outside collecting rainwater for my plants. The buckets were placed out on Tuesday evening before a (much needed!) rain and by Thursday morning, I had thousands of tadpoles! I scooped a few out to try to get a picture since they were in a black bucket but my camera will not focus on them very well. Penny for scale. Mainly, I just want to make sure theyre not Cane toads since Google is saying tiny, black and quickly hatching eggs are most likely invasive. But with everything Ive read, its a little tough to tell at this age. I did see the eggs and it looked like they were individual eggs and not in a strand but Im not positive. I didnt expect them to hatch in 24 hours!
Thank you!
EDIT- First time poster. I uploaded 3 photos to the photo tab of the post but theyre not attached.
