Meal Prep for Bar Prep
Hello all,
Just a few days in and I can tell that maintaining good eating habits may be a struggle for me. Does anyone have go to meals that they cook?
Looking for something either quick to make altogether or simply quick to prepare. Basic ingredients would be best. I also like having hot food.
Right now I meal prep a bit, but I'm starting to supplement with frozen Trader Joe's snacks.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Good luck to all!
