Hi, 34M married and will soon have a baby. Planning to get a house dito sa pinas by getting a home loan, medyo hirap ako makapag apply for a loan due to being unemployed for almost a year, i have a decent savings at currently receiving $4k monthly compensation (yes I'm a vet). Every time i apply i either get rejected or the interest is too high. I don't want to rent anymore kasi parang I'm just paying for other people's property(no offense).
