Biomed graduate help
Hello,
I’ve recently graduated from the University of Westminster with a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science, achieving a 2:1, and I’m now hoping to start my career within the NHS.
I’ve been applying for Medical Laboratory Assistant positions in London, but so far I’ve found it quite difficult to get past the application stage. I’ve submitted a number of applications but haven’t had the opportunity to attend an interview, so I’m wondering whether I need to change something or im going the process completely wrong.
i am hoping to connect with anyone who works in NHS pathology or has experience hiring for entry-level laboratory positions. In particular, I’d really appreciate advice on completing NHS applications, writing effective supporting statements, and tailoring a CV for MLA roles.
