I got a confirmation that I am owed $10k from bonus payments. The first one, I was supposed to receive in 2024, the second in 2025. Still nothing.

I'll call the retention office to ask them every now and again and it always goes to voicemail. I'll leave voicemails, but never get anything in return. Before I got out, I brought up these questions. I've had their SMSgt email me and my previous chain that I am, in fact, owed the money. Now I'm getting ghosted.

Are there any other ways to approach this? It's clear the retention office is dodging me. Are there legal routes? I served my contract and earned the agreed upon bonus and now they're refusing to pay up.
