So my Dallas area apartment complex has had mailbox issues for several weeks now and have told residents to pick up mail at post office. I went to post office and was told that the complex was sent a certified letter that they can not hold mail anymore, that the boxes must be replaced or fixed ASAP. Since the complex has yet to do anything, residents mail has been returned to sender! we can’t get our important mail because complex won’t repair mail center is timely manner. Will be going on a month now! Any advice…this is legal for complex to do…or not
