UCLA FRAT BREAKDOWN 2026-2027
Top-
Sigma Nu- Snu’s had an amazing last couple of years, with the best guys, relations, and consistently good parties on the row. Tend to care a lot what sororities the girls they talk to are from though.
SAE- The most traditional frat at ucla, but with a reputation to match. A lot of the guys are douchey and they have a bad rep, but are consistently a top house with mid parties.
Phi Psi- Super genuine, good looking, and nice guys with the nicest house on the row. They’ve been on an amazing upward trend the last couple of years with sororities and their guys. Some the most friendly guys in my opinion.
Sig Chi- Traditionally very outdoorsy and fun guys, but their fall pc was a bit of a letdown last year. They throw only occasionally but their parties are great when they do.
Mid-
Sig Ep- Fun house but horrible location off Gayley, and as a result their parties tend to suck, but they still have a solid group of guys.
Theta Chi- The “Gay” house of frat row, generally with great parties and really safe. They’ve been shut down almost the whole year so hard to say where they’ll be when they’re back, but all my friends still love them.
Taxi- One of the nicest looking houses on the inside (and the only one with a pool) so darties are great there. They also are the only house with tweas at their parties.
Aepi- The “Jewish“ house, has really sweet guys, I don’t go there a lot but I know a lot of my friends love going there and feel really safe.
Beta- Would be a lot higher but their last fall class has some really weird guys in my opinion, only as popular as they are because of their location.
Bottom-
Pike- Still not an official chapter and don’t use their house, but the guys I know there are really nice.
Dsig- Probably the safest house to go to, but their parties aren’t that great with a couple exceptions and some of the guys are pretty weird.
bottom and i know nothing about them-

lambda- Great house and guys, but they’ve been shut down the whole year and I’ve heard they will be next year too so solid chance they die out
