I made a pilgrimage to SEY on my current trip through NYC. I knew the coffee would be phenomenal. What I did not know was the water was going to be equally phenomenal…
I genuinely had to go up and ask the barista to explain the water and the title was their response. I feel like every New Yorker needs access to this type of water now. It was sooooo good. The perfect palette cleanser to enjoy the entirety of the fantastic cortado I ordered.
Has anyone else had this experience when visiting SEY?
Edit: in my excitement I even misspelled triple, chill I’m emotional about water for the first time I know it’s ludicrous 😂😂😂
Edit 2: the water was sparkling not still, and the sparkling was subtle in a way smoother way than a San Pellegrino or a Perrier if that makes sense.
