I need advice on what to do to ascend ( 5'8/176cm)
Currently going to the gym and trying to get a leaner build and face
Started doing skincare ( just using cleanser, exfoliating and moisturizing) for a few months and using Gua Sha for a few days
Any advice is welcome like haircuts or anything else
