Hi all,

Struggling to gauge how much legal advice is necessary in the interview. In the Kaplan exemplar, he spends approx 7 out of the 18 mins giving advice. The rest gathering info.

Any past/current sitters have an understanding around how much legal advice is suitable? Ie should we keep it short and preliminary, basically just providing the answers and stating that we will explain further in email/letter. Or, should we give more full and reasoned advice?
