Hi everyone,
I’m applying to the Global Law Bachelor at the University of Turin and I’m having a serious issue with the TOLC-SU test system. I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced something similar and how they solved it.
Here’s my situation:
I originally booked the TOLC-SU test with a different university through CISIA, thinking it wouldn’t matter where I take it. I actually wanted to take the test there, but during the process the proctors told me I could not continue because I don’t speak Italian. When I contacted the University of Turin, I was told that I cannot take the exam there because I don’t speak Italian and their proctors only provide instructions in Italian.

They also clarified that for my application, I must take the TOLC-SU specifically with the University of Turin (even though only the English section is required for admission).
After that, I followed their instructions and tried to rebook the test with the University of Turin in the Piemonte region. The problem is that now all available sessions (May and most of June) appear fully booked, and I can’t find any available seats.

I emailed the admissions office, and they confirmed:

•I must take the TOLC-SU with the University of Turin

But at the moment, there are simply no available test dates to book.
Has anyone been in a similar situation where:
required UniTo TOLC-SU sessions were full
or you had to rebook due to proctor/language issues, and you were stuck waiting for new slots to open?
What did you do in this case? Did new sessions get released later, or did the university help manually?
Any advice would really help, I’m a bit stressed about missing the timing :(
