Subleasing a furnished private room and bathroom in Mid City!

Hi all, I’m a current UCLA grad student and I’m subleasing my private room and bathroom for the summer! The room is apart of a 4bed/4bath in Mid City (90016) neighboring Culver City and Santa Monica!
I have three other housemates (all women) who are very sweet and down to earth! We also have a cat, but are not open to any more pets unfortunately.
The room would include: A bed, Desk, chair, fan, TV, dresser, nightstand and closet space. We also have in unit laundry, AC and two private parking spots.
We would prefer for a female to sublease to keep a female only house. The room will also need to be single occupancy!
