I am still an undergrad, so I am new to this. I am currently a Junior and my GPA is kind of low. I have a 3.55, and if I pull through with straight As next 2 semesters, I will get to a 3.6.

I presume my GPA will be around *hopefully* a high 3.5 when I graduate. That being said, I already know I will be taking a gap year to do research and was looking into Post-bacc programs to boost my GPA, but am a bit confused about the process.

1.) Could I do a post-bacc while also working as an RA. I know that I basically would be a full-time student, but I was wondering if there was any way to do a Post-bacc while also doing research? like programs that do this or a way to do this with DIY.

2.) I really want to do research outside of my current state and was trying to find opportunities where I could get paid. Are there post-bacc programs that give you a stipend? Any ones that will allow you to work while taking classes? Would it be realistic to get paid through a lab position while doing a post-bacc?

3.) When calculating, my GPA only goes up 0.1 if I took 30 credits. What is gennerally the impact that post-baccs have for candidates? Do most people do 2+ years? And, this may be a dumb question, but do MDs look down upon post-bacc applicants?

Sorry if these are already answered, but any help would be great!
