Term limits and age restrictions

Thank God for term limits in the office of the president. I I think it might be time to think about term limits for the house and senate. I also, I understand the minimum age restrictions on the office of the president, but perhaps we need to also think about a hard maximum age limit of around 70.

It seams as though quite a few older presidenta have become senile in office and perhaps minimum age of 35 and maximum age of 65.

Us lend lease to soviet union

So many people discount the US contribution to the Soviets success in ww2 against nazi Germany.

Its astounding how much the US sent to Soviets.

Through the Lend-Lease program, the United States delivered approximately 17.5 million tons of equipment and supplies to the Soviet Union between 1941 and 1945.

This massive logistical effort included:

Vehicles: Over 400,000 jeeps and trucks (crucial for Soviet mobility).

Aircraft: Approximately 14,000 airplanes.

Armored Vehicles: About 13,000 tanks.

Food and Fuel: Over 4 million tons of food and 2.5 million tons of petroleum products.

Industrial Goods: Substantial amounts of industrial equipment, raw materials like aluminum and copper, and over 1,900 locomotives.

Without this US material, I especially vehicles, tanks, and trains, and and airplanes the Soviet's would have take allot longer to defeat Germany.

Not to mention that on top of all that material support, but the us opened a second and third front to force Germany to expend resources elsewhere.

Had the US remained neutral and not provided material support to the UK and soviet's the Germans would have been able to hold on for allot longer, but in fact it could be said, I without US involvement in Europe Germany might have defeated the ussr.
