Using AI for healthcare recruiting?
Hey all, was just wondering if any of our fellow healthcare/life sciences recruiters have had any luck with any AI tools? Are you using Claude/ChatGPT for any of your existing sourcing workflows? I know a lot of recruiters in the tech space use stuff like Juicebox or Pin for sourcing and outbound, so wondering if there's maybe an equivalent for healthcare?
