Today during one of my 4 dreams I noticed I was wearing short grey sleeves, which was odd, since I never wear them. At that point I asked myself; "Why am I wearing this?" and remembered I went to sleep wearing one, so I asked myself "If I went to sleep, why am I here? How did I get here?", and the second I realized I was dreaming it all ended.
It happened the exact moment, I wasn't able to gain control and ground myself, the dream didn't become more vivid either. Does this count? What can I do to stop this from happening?

It wasn't in deep sleep, it kinda felt like a daydream (not that I could control it), this happened after I woke up at 5:30, but I didn't try WBTB, is this a sign I should use WBTB? Usually other methods don't work for me.
