Hey all, just wondering how much these type of scouts usually cost and are they worth spending paid gems on?

I have a few paid gems at the moment and I’ve only got Elio 1/5, Palmer 1/5, and don’t have Mai or Perrin so very interested in this banner.

Is F30 possible with my current move levels? I have a few 5* candies which I’d be willing to invest. If I do need to invest, what would be the cheapest investment?

For some more context, I have 6 SA candies which I’d be willing to use to take SS Bede to 10/5 if I were to use a 5* candy on him. I assume that would be enough to clear the tower…?
