Best Prokenetic for Sibo, BAM, and Bile Reflux Gastritis

I'm meeting with my GI doctor in a few weeks and I'm going to discuss Starting a Prokenetic for my Hydrogen SIBO, BAM, and Bile Reflux Gastritis. I tried Rifaximin and it helped for about 4 days before everything started again. We've narrowed down my issue to my MMC not moving properly and not absorbing bile properly.

Which Prokinetic helped you the most with this issue? I've read that Low Dose Erythromycin is the most used but also heard about Motegrity & Reglan.

Idk what to even do at this point. Back in August 2024 I started dealing with lower gut pains and after a couple of months I developed Bile Reflux Gastritis and Bile acid Malabsorption. It's been almost 2 years and I still have no relief or idea why this is happening. I was also diagnosed with hydrogen SIBO earlier this year.

I've had just about every test you can think of besides an ultrasound on my gallbladder (HIDA was 41%) I was prescribed colestipol and it kind of helps but not enough to actually fix anything. The only two options I can think of are a Prokenetic to see if my MMC is what's causing the issues or taking my gallbladder out, which may not help or make things worse.

Whenever I eat something, about an hour later I'll feel a small spasm in my right shoulder blade a couple of minutes before I start having the burning pain in my stomach and throughout my GI system. Can be low fat or high fat. But, this can also happen 8-9 hours after eating as well. So that's why I'm really confused. Also, today I had a little bit more intense spasm in that spot with the bile Reflux that lasted for about 2 hours. Felt like a pulled muscle. And I couldn't get the BAM or reflux under control at all.

Every time I think I have an idea of what's going on something changes or becomes worse that makes me question everything and I'm so tired of it. At this point, I'm worried about the long term damage to my stomach and my liver and God knows what other issues this could cause.
