Mobile companies and their system (Docomo)
Just want to have a rant/whinge about how frustrating is to activate a SIM card , is an endless loop and can’t be avoided, so I order a sim card for data plus (share the data with one phone) so it’s a data sim (can’t call can’t receive sms) their system won’t allow me to add the sim under the same docomo account so I have to register with a different email .
Then is asking me to setup their passkey and add extra security but I need a phone number to receive an sms, but guess what ? I don’t have an extra phone number and I can’t use the same as my original contract.
Now the activation, since I don’t have the extra security and passkey stuff it won’t let me move and log in to activate the SIM .
I have tried
Android / iPhone / iPad / safari / Chrome / Brave / duck and I can’t
Also is suggesting to deactivate my wifi so the sim can be verified and log in to the account but THE SIM IS NOT ACTIVE means I can’t access the internet ..!!!
Omg this system is useless and frustrating.
