Momma caught on camera returning last night to deliver another egg. Total count is up to three!!

Discovered a bird nest being built in our mailbox and finally caught someone on camera. Unsure if this is the nest builder or a nefarious visitor. Any help ID'ing the birdo and the nest would be greatly appreciated!
