Nursing student at UAA

Hi guys! I’m hoping to finish up my pre reqs and be admitted into the associates nursing program by the fall but no later than spring of 2027. I was interested about how the lay out of the program is. How late into the program do you start clinicals? How many times a week do you go to campus? Any must know information you wish you knew going into the program? Thanks in advance!

Hi all! I’m currently a student at UAA (doing my pre reqs for the nursing program) and I’m looking into going to Charter College. I understand it’s not cheaper tuition wise but I’m looking for experiences from prior/current students as I’ve heard prior students feel like they were not well educated with how high tuition is. Did you feel ready to enter the workforce or do you feel unprepared? Also how did you go about getting hired as a new grad. As I’ve heard from people that they have a hard time getting hired/ employers prefer not to hire new grads from Charter. Thanks in advance!
