Where are you finding jobs these days?

I've been applying for sonographer positions in Socal for the past 2 years and have had only 1 interview, which I had to decline due to the amount of driving and low pay. I'm curious how other techs are findings jobs out here today. I've used all the big job boards and hospital website directly, and nothing. I have 7 years of experience and have redone my resume to be ATS friendly a few times. Is anyone else having this much trouble finding a job?

New to CAD/3D printing and aspire to have a print farm

I recently started looking into 3D printing and saw this is an entire world of business, art, and really useful gadgets for everyday life. I'm coming in from healthcare so I am completely new to all of this but I want to learn to design and print my own things. I feel like everything is thought of already though. I'm wondering how those of you that have farms decided on what niche you would focus on. Was it trial and error, was it something you were already passionate about, or did you come in really early? I am on day 3 of learning on Tinkercad and have a long road ahead, but I can tell this is going to be a fun journey. If anyone has any tips or advice, please share :)
