I’ve probably watched himym over 40 times in the last year and a half. I’ve been rewatching it so much. I can tell almost every single inconsistency.

for example (season 3 episode 16. “sand castles in the sand” when they talk about Ted and punchy’s ”revertigo”. ted says “I’m sorry about your dad” then punchy responds with “yeah it was a real shock”. hinting that his dad died. but in season seven episode one. his dad is mad that Kelly’s dad called his son a piece of garbage.)

but all of this is to say I love this show. so damn much. it’s helped me through hard times. and I just wanted to see if anyone felt the same.
