Hey, been going to the gym, like... two to three years, I'm finally cutting, seeing progress, but now I want to kind of maintain muscle, but never really was consistent with tracking. What tips can you give with the workout out tracking?

How do you stay consistent? How do you plan your workouts based on the results? And man, what are some great apps or some great digital ways to track my workouts and track my progress?

I dont have a medical acne issue, it has always been based on the amount of water I intake and also the amount of junk food I have. But sicnce I have switched to OMAD, obviously both those metrics have improved massively and I thought it would be a matter of time till I have clear skin and start "glowing" but if Im honest its getting worse than normal, same rountine with showers, lotions, soap etc etc. But Im seeing a sharp decline in the condition of my skin is this anyone elses experience?

Also the fat loss is going great, I look and feel alot better (beside my skin ofc)

Hey everyone,

Im a 2nd year geology student based in WA with some field experience under my belt (mapping, sample collection, field observation). During my degree I've been building skills in workflow automation and AI tools things like building automated pipelines for data processing, report generation, that kind of thing but mainly for recruitment agencies, SAAS teams etc etc

I'm currently looking for vacation programs or internships for december and I'm trying to figure out the best way to position myself. Most people are applying to the standard big mining programs which is great, but I'm want to explore whether I can offer something different specifically helping smaller companies and their gieologists with my skills

if anyone has advice or input I'd really appreaciate (I'm trynna get a job!!!) but some helpful advice around

- combining a technical non-geology skill set with their geology background and helping companies

- Do smaller companies actually care about this stuff or is it too niche/unfamiliar?

-Anyadvice on approaching smaller companies directly vs just praying to get into big vacation programs?

(also my dad does work at BHP but not really a fan of BIG companies would rather make a more meaningful impact on a smaller company)
