For capricorn, cap risings especially those with saturn in their 2nd house, how do you not compare yourself to others or how not to measure your self worth to other achievements?

Even without social media, people around me (especially at work) always talked how they are going to leisure trips local and abroad, going to concerts, or buying new appliances- something that I really cannot afford due to my current financial situation

People will always nudge me to do this or that and whwn I tell them I really cannot afford it, they do not believe me.

Any advice? Trying to improve this part of myself
