Hi everyone, i am a recent grad/board certified psychiatrist who just moved to a new state and hoping to avoid PE/VC grind and go straight to providing quality un-rushed care in PP.

I am wondering if anyone has pointers on how to find a retiring psychiatrist who wants to get their panel transitioned + how to find per diem inpatient/ED opportunities to cover expenses in the meantime.

Like what would be recommended steps/networking opportunities and how to set oneself apart given i know the above mentioned directions likely require word of mouth.
