My case was sent to DOHA and I was a sent a letter of interrogatories. I completed and returned it. Now waiting again. This is for a DoD secret.

If I am to be granted, are the interrogatories usually the last step?

Are SOR’s only standard when the investigation and interrogatories didn’t mitigate concerns. Therefore, I would receive an SOR as a last chance to mitigate with a possible hearing.

Does DOHA deny without the SOR step?
