I am a little over two years post-op, and due to a few complications, my scar didn’t heal properly. There was a lot of skin graft loss in my wrist especially, so the scar tissue is now very hard and tight.

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what helped soften the scar tissue?

At this point it’s become painful, and I’m not really sure what my options are. I’m hesitant to go back to my surgeon because when I brought it up around the six-month post-op mark, he didn’t really have much advice for me.
