help me figure out a dream i had

Okay so basically i collect porcelain dolls and have never had any issue with them. People always tell me they’re creepy and I always get upset and say no they’re not since my late grandparents gave most of them to me. last night i had a dream that they came to life and were talking to me i asked if there was anything evil in my room and they told me yes and pointed to another doll that doesn’t exist outside of my dream. the spirit wasn’t doing evil things but it freaked me out. could this be real?
