So, it's as it says on the tin. I feel like I've learnt nothing. I have limited foundational knowledge. My designs are fine, if a bit safe, and I haven't learnt made-to-measure. By some miracle, I have an internship under my belt due to my fairly decent hand-stitching skills, but not enough for a luxury fashion house. I can do technical drawings and illustrations, but I cannot sew to a complex fashion house standard. My lecturers didn't push me at all to be better.
I am really just asking for help out of desperation because, apart from teaching myself online and pushing back my career even further, I don't know what to do. Should I work hard for a few years and attempt a master's? Apply for internships with a prayer that I will be ok?
Anyways, just looking for some guidance and maybe giving me some constructive criticism if needed (probably to get over myself and just work at it, admittedly).
