Hey people!
I am planning to apply for PhD this year. But one thing that is constantly worrying me is that how will I approach my masters professors. It has been 2 years I have not been in contact with them. I have always been kind of an anxious person who kind of scared to interact a lot with the authority. So I don’t know how to approach them (also for context I am from India and student-teacher relationship here is quite weird like very authoritarian). It would be great to know about your experiences or what should I do?

I am a psychology student (post graduate) from India. I am currently looking to gain some experience in doing reviews (especially meta and systematic review) however I lack resources to do so. If there is anyone who can just keep in involve in the process of doing a meta or a systematic review or can provide me guidance for the same. It would be a great help!!
