Curious about lifestyle changes and medication elimination.
Hello everyone, I’m curious to hear from people who started out with multiple medications and have either cut them significantly or eliminated the use of them all together and maintained a healthy BP. I was on 5 meds and now down to 4 with one recently being cut in half. My goal is trying to ditch the meds all together but genetics does play a part for me as well as a formerly unhealthy lifestyle. I’m more curious on how long it took and if it’s true the longer your on meds the more likely you are to always need them.
