I'm 20F and recently ended my first year in uni. So its break now and I've been continuously nagged at to find an internship, do part time job, or like just something more useful with my time. I didnt apply for intern because I thought why not give myself a proper break before hustling next 3 years...

Before uni I was more of a mugger type and did exceptionally well in O's. That's until I reached post secondary and burned out quite bad (but I managed to recover) so rn I'm taking life more chill ig. Why I think Im childlike is that my hobbies are mostly those of a child's, like playing lego arts n crafts cycling swimming for fun. Im fond of cute characters like sanrio and still hug plush toys to sleep. I also dont rlly dress up anymore so I go outside & to class in casual clothes, which makes me look way younger. Im also sensitive n cry easily lol but Im working on that. idk some ppl can say well why cant adults have fun which I agree but I just wanna know how to balance protecting my peace but also preparing for the working world?? I worked for 3 months before but let's just say I'm still not ready for actually going out to work in a company when I have to. It doesnt help when Im prone to stress like I got actual panic attacks from doing a small class presentation for one of my mods for at most 10 min. It just sucks to be in a hyper competitive, ruthless work environment when I still haven't really grown up yet. Advice?
