Has anyone had a vestibular migraine during an mcas flare?

I think what I thought were pots symptoms may actually be a migraine: vertigo, sensitive to light, tingling, nausea, pressure on one side of head, worse when dehydrated and on ppis. My primary is pushing back and doesn't want to refer to neurologist, would an urgent care be able to diagnose and refer?

I have had a migraine with aura before, but my doctor said that VM cannot get when you change position, they only happen at rest. Petty sure that is wrong.
