Centralised government services guides app — need feedback
Gumawa ako ng web app na nag-co-consolidate ng guides para sa iba’t ibang government transactions — life events, benefits, permits/documents.
Sa totoo lang, napakahirap minsan mag-prepare para sa government errands. Pipila ka ng mahaba tapos sasabihin sa’yo kulang pala documents mo. May mga benefits ka pala na pwedeng i-claim pero di alam ang mga requirements. Yung mga official na info nakakalat sa iba’t ibang agency websites, ang bagal ng gov site, nakasulat na parang ginawa para sa abogado. Kaya na-motivate akong gumawa nito.
Bawat guide ay properly researched — galing sa actual na batas (RA numbers), official agency websites, at government announcements. May “last verified” date at links sa sources. Every guide also has a report button and share experience button para makapag-flag kayo kung may mali or outdated na info.
Anong pinagkaiba sa eGovPH / eGovAI?
eGovPH lets you do the transaction — pay fees, file applications, check status. Need mo mag-login with PhilSys.
GovGuide PH is for before that — yung part na “ano ba talaga kailangan ko dalhin?” “anong office muna pupuntahan?” “ano yung common mistakes para maiwasan”
Hindi ito replacement ng eGov. Think of it as yung research step mo bago ka pumila. Used easier terms, may sources, walang login.
Heads up — early stages pa:
• App logo at domain ay temporary pa
• May konting mobile UI kinks
• Hindi pa lahat ng transactions covered — ongoing pa. Some are complex kasi daming variations or dependencies.
Feedback na hinahanap ko:
1. Navigation — nahanap niyo ba agad yung hinahanap niyo?
2. Mobile UX — readable ba? Cluttered?
3. Trust check — pagkapasok niyo, may red flags ba agad?
4. Anong page o feature ang dapat i-prioritize next?
