Formatting Problem
Hi everyone, I'm having a formatting problem I hope someone can assist me with.
I'm attempting to format a children's chapter book in Microsoft Word. When I insert a page break to give myself a blank page to paste in a mid-chapter illustration, it more often than not messes with the justification of the final word on the pre-break / pre-illustration page, leaving a small amount of white space between the final word and the end of the line, despite justification still being selected. If I start back-spacing in front of the first word on the post-break / post-illustration page, the illustration and the text start getting pulled around and it becomes a mess.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Or a recommendation for a better software for combining text and illustrations?
