I am not sure if this constitutes paranormal, but it is creeping me out. Every other day, she walks back and forth in front of her house, clapping in the same pattern, for 15 minutes. She will stop for a few moments, and then go back to it. I tried asking her if everything was okay, but I know that family knows very limited English, and so she pretty much ignored me and kept on clapping. It just creeps me out since she didn't stop clapping or pacing, and acted as if I was not there. I am in Washington State, if that matters.
