Which Icon and Hero cards tend to retain their value for a large part of the game cycle?

Cruyff
Ronaldinho
Maldini
Vieira
Toure
Zidane
Matthaus
In my experience these cards tend to remain expensive or don't decline that much... generally speaking. Which other Icons and Heroes tend to behave the same way?
