Should I consider the difficulty and dropout rates of university?

Hello, I have applied to Charles 2nd faculty, but read online that the medicine course there is very difficult in the sense of them focusing a-lot on high intensity oral examinations and paediatrics.
This has made me quite anxious as Ive been told by a medical student in europe that unis which I have applied to (charles 2nd, poszan and commenius ) have a high dropout rate due to being really tough.
Do I seriously need to consider the difficulty of the university when applying ? Ive always just assumed that medicine is the same across all unis.
