We are 4 of us in our team including me ,I'm 29 the other girl in my team is 29 the other 2 ladies might be in their 60th age and they don't want to retaire they are the most important people at work coz they are here since the start of the company ... They treat the other girl in my team well and love her and they ask her if you had lunch? Did you take your break? They ask me nothing , my manager and supervisor are happy with my performance but these ppl just bitch and gossip about others.... I'm trying to fit in I am not able to but I work well ... I don't know if it's because I am from a different country and I like talking if someone matches my vibe , has anyone faced this problem or is it only me?
